Pros

The people I get to work with everyday are incredibly inspiring, smart, and dedicated to making this company the best i can be while helping clients do the important work they do. I look forward to coming into work and feel supported with every project I take on. It's also a ton of fun. Classy knows how to have a good time!

Cons

We need more space. We're growing fast and the office is becoming a little too crowded. But I guess in some ways that is a good thing.

Pros

- "For Purpose" Company: When I came to Classy, I was looking to work for a company that was about more than the bottom line. At Classy, the team is not just focused on profit, they're focused on creating positive social change. - Company Culture: Classy has created a culture and team of people who feel like family. Everyone works incredibly hard, but time is always made for playing hard too. - Fast-Paced, Exciting Work Environment: This isn't a typical 9-5 desk job. The company is growing and evolving like crazy and everyday brings new things to learn and lot's of opportunity for professional growth. -Leadership: I can't say enough good things about the Executive Team at Classy. I've never seen a more dedicated group of people. You really get the feeling that they have your back and lead with confidence.

Cons

-Office is a little crammed, but there's talk about moving soon to accommodate the growing team. -Pay could be better, but that's part of working for a startup

- High quality people with high standards in terms of teamwork, collaboration, & respect - Great culture: nice mix of hard work but fun people - Company is focused on continuing to make this a good place to work even as we grow - High level of trust, respect and transparency - We are all passionate about what we do, the customers we serve, and focused on serving the nonprofit sector

Cons

- Tight working quarters as we are rapidly growing (but that also makes it a fun place to work!) - Fairly young experience across departments (but that also makes it a fun place to grow & learn!)
