Long Learning Curve

Pros

The only thing I liked was the lack of office politics. People genuinely focused on their work and didn't care about gossiping.

Cons

You will have a long learning curve if it's your first job. The more you work, the higher would be the expectations so you can't make a mistake. It can be scary. You also need to adjust to your colleagues' expectation.

If there were any pros of working here, I might have forgotten about it because of all the unpleasant experience that I had.

Cons

I wasn't respected the way I deserved to be. The management thought so highly of themselves that they couldn't respect other people's opinion even when it's from someone with more experience.

I learned to be on my own and how to be resourceful without the need of relying to somebody else to succeed on my role.

Cons

Everyone was too concerned of getting ahead of one another. There's no sense of teamwork and it was hard to find real good friends because backstabbing was common. It wasn't a pleasant place to work.
