This job is horrid and consistently understaffed. They don't care for your mental health and run you to the ground with the workload. They have ridiculous expectations, which take everything out of you meaning your days of you spend recovering from the nightmare you dealt with for the past few days. I had enough. Do yourself a favour and don't get work here!

The boss, for starters, was unqualified to lead. The lack of a collaborative team environment was embarrassing. While they claimed to value individual contributions, it often felt like everyone was on their own island. This emphasis on solo work left many of us feeling beaten down, especially for those who thrive in a more team-oriented setting. The atmosphere became increasingly stifling, with the boss's inadequacies evident in the disjointed projects and overall lack of direction.
