Pros

If you want to get back to a high school atmosphere then this is the perfect place to work for.

Cons

The management locally and also upper management have no clue how to treat their employees. It's a circus. The raises were very minimal and with cost of living rising the increases were not there. The managers don't know how to manage and are clueless . Lack of training and poor management will be the demise of this branch. Human Resources is a joke. There isn't a HR department at every site in which employees can go to if questions arise. You have to call corporate which is another state and wait for a response from them which may/may not happen. Insurance benefits is at the bare minimum which you pay a high price for. Opportunity for growth is nearly impossible unless you are a puppet there and let them mold you the way they want you to be or unless you "brown nose" your way up. If you know your worth, then definitely stay away from this company. Especially the Los Angeles branch.

Pros

Great pay, if you are a hard working, dedicated person who can manage themselves and their time wisely. Average to good benefits, what you would expect of a nationwide company. Good brand to have on your resume.

Cons

The sign of a decaying culture - micromanagement. If you have a whole staff where you feel the need to constantly see them in office and give no freedom, you either have an entire staff that needs to go, or you have a leadership problem. Short sighted vision, lack of any direction on what success looks like, and micromanagement are killing a one time promising future.

Pros

Great opportunities to network and for self-development in sales and marketing. Great potential to do well if you put in the effort and time working in developing client relationships and digging to make new connections. Great benefits and compensations packages.

Cons

Disorganised upper management that didn't offer enough support to administrative staff to allow work to be completed effectively. No training or guidance provided for sales reps in smaller markets.
