Pros

Great Company to work for, excellent perks come with the job. You get to meet many celebrities and go to awesome functions. Travel overseas is also possible, Vegas and other fun places. Highly recommend this place.

Cons

Not Many open positions that they offer. Long hours sometimes odd hours. It is very cold in the studios.

Pros

1. I had an excellent Manager. Two blocks from Grand Central makes it very accessible for people coming in from NY state or CT. 2. Senior leadership was welcoming. Considerate of colleagues and dismissed the office early during holidays, inclement weather or special events to allow commuters to get home safe. 3. Corporate office also left out leftover food after meetings for colleagues to enjoy 4. Office celebrated happy hours from time to time including birthdays and even folks who were leaving to pursue new opportunities.

Cons

1. Felt the position was a bit overhyped. Under delivered on some of my expectations of what I felt the role would be like. Did not feel I was a great fit and felt overqualified. Forced me to re-evaluate and ultimately decided to leave for something better. 2. Silos still exist between various teams making collaboration difficult. Lack of volunteering/sharing or opportunity to share information and then later being brought in or told made me feel like an outsider. Would have liked to collaborate further. 3. Lots of turnover. Alot of folks coming and going and stability was not there. Felt like a lot of people left after 2 years or earlier. 4. Benefits were okay. Emphasis on okay. Health plan was expensive for someone raising a family.

Pros

Great networking opportunities, very fast paced environment, very helpful and sociable coworkers (most are willing to go out of their way to help).

Cons

Very steep learning curve, high expectations from the beginning, benefits are subpar, expected to learn and master everything by second or third week
