The company has been extremely pleasant to work for. I am currently on my 4th week and from interview to onboarding then into training/ nesting, it's been nothing but welcoming and caring. Everyone communicates and works as a team. I look forward to coming into work and that is a huge plus on its own. I have recommended others to apply just based off of all the unique things this company offers that you don't get to see everyday.

Cons

Nothing I personally mind, but others might have specific schedule requirements and offering split days off or no 4x10s can possibly hinder some looking for a typical work week. The schedules could probably be reviewed with the WFM team to see how possible it is to include 2 days in a row off or 4x10s across the board.
