Total Chaos - Search and Rescue needed

Having the opportunity to work with great people

Cons

This company is a total disaster falling fast as the company that does not have a firm grip on strategy to maintain and grow the company. The Chaos comes right from the top creating and through out the leadership team resulting in a toxic working environment that is filled with stress, aggressive behavior, treating employees as resources, and in fighting between management. If you care about your work/life balance and mindfulness, you will run from the company as fast as you can.

Bare minimum benefits, low employee moral

Pros

Full-time, with the option to work more hours.

Cons

Daily updates for work processes, which they may or may not inform the employees of. This results in many employees getting fired every month. Large employee turnover.
