Pros

Incentives to sell. Company trips, attractive people.

Cons

They say the insurance is 100% after one year. It's a year after being on insurance and being on a program that you have to be 100% on. If you are kicked off you have to wait an entire year to start over on the program or until January of each year. You pay about 100.00 a week for insurance for your family. Not a lot of choices of doctors. Too much nepotism. They only promote who they want. They want attractive people, money driven, capitalist mentality in positions to promote. They are not an equal opportunist company. The guys in charge only want attractive women working for them so they can hang out with them at work or behind closed doors. A lot of sexual harassment is overlooked. If you report sexual harassment, they move the victimizer to another deptarment and if it continues, they still have another department to move the person to. Pay rate fluctuates on hire. After I had worked there for 2 years the new hires were making more than I was, yet they stated at one point they had decreased the new hire pay, but didn't tell us when they added $2 to the rate

Pros

At CLEARLINK, your voice and opinions are heard and the highest executives are very approachable and available to you. I grew from a junior position into a management position within three years. They encourage you to shape and create your ideal work position and environment. Loved my time there.

Cons

Things move quickly here and you can't be afraid of change: processes are often changing (for better or for worse) as well as team structures.
