      "Management" are a group of 25 year old kids with poor grammar,being paid poorly to cultivate a wannabe "hip" workplace.

      Pros

      Learn Griffiin Hill sales model, Casual dress, The people are mostly nice, unfortunately just struggling to keep ahead for fear of losing their own jobs. Good place to have an opportunity to learn, but don't actually NEED a job, as I believe the actual statistics reveal that perhaps 1 in 15 of a a training class make it to 90 day mark.

      Cons

      A lot of hustle and "laissez faire sales tactic.... predictably rolled out and recanted approximately every two weeks, along with the tide of doe-eyed new hires. This ebb and flow of hires and fires is so rapid the carpets need to be replaced biweekly. Seriously, you really do have to be comfortable committing fraud if you want to stay on there. Definitely not for anyone looking for any type of stable work environment.
