The other reps are fun to work with, that is the only reason why I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Where to start, well the only way to get promoted at Clearlink is to play golf or to hang out with the management. There is no transparency between management and reps. There turn over rate is a joke. They don't pay their reps enough money and most of the managers are perverts. I was with Clearlink for almost 3 years and during that time things had gone for okay to horrible. I am just glad that I left when I did. IF YOU ARE A PRETTY GIRL STAY AWAY FROM CLEARLINK. SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS A BIG PROBLEM. I am a guy by the way but I saw this stuff happening all the time. Finally, they have been firing people lately for the smallest infractions which only hurts the team moral.

It's above average pay even if you're not the best salesperson out there.

Cons

Growth opportunities are a joke. It is all about favoritism. Formerly held a management position and worked myself to the bone even on overtime, was let go of my position due to a "favorite" of some upper management coming to our location temporarily.
