      Pros

      Individual co-workers are nice Usual benefits one expects from a FT job

      Cons

      CEO goes back on word and behaves in alarmingly condescending way toward employees who have legitimate questions Some benefits retracted with no pay increase, like move from 36-hour work week to 40-hour work week, 8-hour days to 9-hour days (no paid lunch), and mandatory return to office. No opportunity for promotion or growth in current climate

      Pros

      The people are friendly and work hard.

      Cons

      The CEO, James Clark, is misogynistic. He stated in a recent Clearlink meeting that working women can't be good workers or good mothers. He has also lied to his workers multiple times and is getting rid of remote work. Anyone within 50 miles has to show up to the office. In a rant he said that the employee feedback of around 100 employees was "Twitter litter" and attacks. I didn't see one bit of feedback that was anything less than professional and polite. He also refuses to backfill positions, so the company is tragically understaffed. Many are doing the work of three people without any extra compensation.

      Enjoy my management and team Opportunities to learn through Coursera I get to join fun meetings with my peers and share diversity with others Clearlink has a whole diversity department

      Lack of transparency Does not offer opportunities for communication with higher management Half days on Fridays have been removed Remote work in Utah has been removed
