Same old Same old.

Pros

Love the coworkers, kind and decent colleagues on the sales floor. Hard working middle management. Coaches are good people, who truly care about their people.

Cons

Strict adherence policy is a joke. Constantly micromanaged, and so much "flavor of the week stuff. Constantly Pushing for revenue, quality of work / life balance has suffered. Commissions have gone down and company is finding ways to screw the hard workers out of commission. THIS IS A FACT. Every new policy change is designed to take commission away from the hard working sales workers. Company used to be a fun and good place to work for, but with all the greed and bs, good employees are getting burnt out and feel abused. It shouldn't take a degree in accounting to figure out each employees' weekly commission. Too many metrics designed to screw the employee and take money away from the sales employees. So much talk of verbatim statements and call flow, too much babysitting. Lack of trust with sales people.

Pros

Clearlink is good at hiring smart people who are willing to share what they know, and learn what they don't. Working at Clearlink is fun and engaging with a lot of growth opportunities. I appreciate the importance of work/life balance within the Clearlink culture.

Cons

Onboarding can be a struggle depending on which role you are in. Clearlink still seems very "young" when it comes to processes and procedures.

Pros

This company is like another family to me- They truly care about me and value me as an employee. I've never found a place where I truly want to grow in my career and where the company actually gave me opportunities to do so. I will never leave!

Cons

Due to the growing demands and competitive landscape of the call center industry, we may not be the most competitive when it comes to salary and/or benefits. We are not 100% there yet- but have things in place currently to make sure we stay ahead of the game and attract top talent.
