      Pros

      - Incredible work/life balance. Bosses are flexible with you and make it a priority to make sure you are staying happy and healthy. - The company really invests in its employees, from career development training, to team building outings, to intentional feedback about how you are doing in your job. - Everyone is intelligent, creative, and positive. (no underlying drama like at many places!) - Great benefits, including the opportunity to receive free healthcare after 1 year. - Equipped, forward-thinking, intelligent management that you really feel are "on your side."

      Cons

      - The company is growing so fast that it's hard to get to know everyone on a personal level unless they are directly on your team.

      Pros

      I've been working at Clearlink for almost 2.5 years. The group of people I work with on a daily basis is what makes it such an awesome place to work. I've learned huge amounts from my co-workers and managers and it's made growing through the company very enjoyable. Pay is solid, incentives make it better, work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      Because a large portion of the company is based around sales teams it's sometimes difficult to get excited about some of the in-office incentives. The office isn't in the most ideal location for Salt Lake City.
