Incompetent management and clueless direction

okay pay, flexible, vacation time

Cons

While I still work here, they recently fired half our team during a pandemic and replaced them with new hires who have no idea what they are doing. Management consistently makes reckless, uneducated decisions that result in the frequent loss of brand partnerships and contracts with retailers. Our team has a new manager ever other month because the position is simply a place where dreams go to die. I have never seen such directionless management, and I would be shocked if this place is around in a decade.
