      Good health insurance coverage, big organization, expanding business, upgrading infrastructure, nice working environment and business culture, high employee engagement

      Pros

      Benefits are good, training excellent and ability to make a lot of great friends! If you are motivated, you have ability to participate in national training.

      Cons

      Worked there a long time. Senior management will point blame versus take accountability. There is a lot of staff turnover and it was often difficult to do my job because I was always training new staff. Job is physically and mentally exhausting.
