      It's A Good Place to Work but...

      Pros

      Big company,plenty of advancement opportunities. Decent health plan. Industry leader.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management to get things done. PTO (paid time off) could be better...workers are expected to use PTO for holidays, acts of god like snowstorms, power outages. CC is the ONLY organization in Cleveland that expects employees to use PTO for acts of God. Too many inexperienced manager that treat hourly staff like dirt.

      Pros

      28 Paid days off a year.. it includes sick days, but if you are a healthy person like me, this was great. Great work/life balance, I doubt I was even there for 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      Below average salary, average benefits. Incredibly boring and slow paced. No emphasis on process improvement, company is perfectly happy with status quo. Not a place for a top performer.
