      Pros

      Took care of patients with rare diagnoses that I never thought I would see. If you succeed here, you can succeed anywhere.

      Cons

      Lack of feedback from my unit supervisor. As a new grad, I was fired after less than 6 months for lack of "prioritization and critical thinking skills." New grad transition program punitive rather than helpful. Constantly taking tests (even after little experience on the floor) and would be fired if not pass any one of them.

      Pros

      Wonderful, helpful co-workers, somewhat flexible management, tuition reimbursement, great PTO policy, really good insurance coverage, 401K, all around great benefits.

      Cons

      Usually can only get hired on as straight nights or rotating 2-6 weeks days then 2-6 weeks nights depending on the unit. Often float to floors you are not familiar with.
