      Pros

      Great Benefits, 401k contribution was stellar, main campus was lively. Pay was great with good opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Unless you are in management, you are treated like a number. Lots of micromanaging going on, too many coordinators per department with not enough work to do. While the benefits were fantastic, you were only able to use them at Cleveland Clinic facilities and that made it hard for my husband and I with a family since we did not care for the pediatric department. The hours were also not flexible for most hourly jobs which is something that is expected now in 2016.
