      Great people to work with. Love the pts I deal with the manager is great at the family health centers and you do not have to pay to part

      Cons

      Really wish we got better raises but better then making minimum wage I don't the people higher up that change stuff really understand the work flow of what we do every day.. For family insurance it is 200 a pay kinda crazy but good insurance

      Pros

      Great culture, surprising for a huge organization. There was a real spirit of teamwork rather than everyone out for himself/herself and constantly in CYA mode.

      Cons

      The Clinic is planning to outsource much of ITD which has created morale problems and driven turnover. University Hospitals made the same mistake and five years later brought everything back in house.

      Work with the best. Great coworkers. Esteemed employer. Great benefits. Tuition help/reimbursement

      Cons

      Low pay. Laughable raises. Pay for parking (which increases annually to take your raise). Overworked. Lack of recognition, unless ur losing 100lbs & Toby gives you a cheap gym bag. Hard to get time off, if needed. Plan ur vacay a year in advance, and hope you get the time off.
