      The staff people are really nice to work with

      Cons

      The company has changed dramatically over the past couple of years and not for the better. No longer a fun, creative place to work. Unstable future for employees. Have seen the best employees leaving. Adding layer on layer of management while they lay off hands on staff, unless you are working on a visa .

      Pros

      Many of the people outside of corporate are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Silos of departments who appear to have no common goals/objectives. Highly political. Group think. Micro management from senior executives at quarterly business reviews. Chasing business that the company doesn't really want, cannot win and cannot turn into invoiced revenue. No documented processes.

      Pros

      We have a great solution in the FSM world and some great employees.

      Cons

      Since the FP acquisition and new management came in, they have brought the company down, people and tons of knowledge are walking out the door. Management team is so inexperienced and selfish, it can actually be amusing to watch.
