Pros

-- No weekends -- Laid back enviornment

Cons

-- Management is non existent -- The supervisor I had, Nick Jimenez (also CFO), is extremely disrespectful and rude and has ZERO respect and care for his employees on either side -- The service is FAKE and does not work for anyone...PLEASE don't waste your money on this service -- Management in general is full of yes men and allow zero room for dissent -- Backstabbing employees and sales environment (but not in a cool way)

Pros

Medium sized company with enough employees to not feel like just another name in the mix. Minimal supervision which makes for a less stressful day on the sales floor. During my time under their roof I felt as though I was part of a family outside of home. The CEO, COO, and Sales Director are very friendly guys who would possibly give you the shirt off their backs if need be. I had started doing the B2C sales as a Counselor and was promoted to B2B quickly. There was no animosity amongst my former colleagues who were wanting the same position afterwards and we all knew each other fairly well.

Cons

No dish washer in the kitchen and maybe a 72" flatscreen rather then a 27" in the break room would be awesome. We work in a society where there's tennis tables in break rooms now days..lol. Honestly, there were no cons worth mentioning that I can think of. It was a great experience and I now know how to use Skype ...yeee.

Poor pay, monotonous, no advancement

Pros

Little to no micromanaging. Coworkers are mostly pretty great. Quiet environment. Healthcare available.

Cons

Thinking or questioning is not highly encouraged, nor constructive suggestions. Complaints are not taken well or seriously. Product is a hard sell, most websavvy people are aware the same listings are free on Google. Treats customers on the free profile like they don't matter, and unfavored employees the same. There's a serious issue with favoritism. Healthcare is not that great and they mess up the plans/payments. A lot. Little to no chance of advancement, no matter how long you stick around. High, high turnover. People stay for maybe a month on avg before they get out.
