Pros

Great salary and benefits such as hourly wage, 401K matching

Cons

Unfair application of job performance "data", shifting expectations for staff that are not clearly communicated. The hours are primarily evenings due to client needs.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to understand better and review the 2020-2021 data with you directly. We have reduced performance expectations (ie, performance data) in several areas due to the impact of C-19; this gives our team(s) time to acclimate/re-adjust since the pandemic and its aftermath. Any fluctuation & variability in data provides us with insight and feedback, allowing us to pinpoint areas that may need improvement (resources) and/or are doing well... so we can allocate our time and energy effectively & efficiently and with meaningful purpose. We appreciate your response, we're open to listening, improving and hearing more about the pros/cons, we want to discuss your specific feedback to better understand your perspective. We'd like to be given an opportunity to display what we've done, what we are currently doing and how we are focusing on our employees wellbeing, physical & mental health, job satisfaction and work-life balance rather than just the bottom line. During the past year it's been tough for everyone yet, we stayed focused on maintaining employee compensation and comprehensive benefits without interruption or reduction during the hard-hit shutdowns and overall impact on bottom lines in 2020. We take this feedback seriously and we'd like to have a conversation with you directly so we can better understand how you feel and how this impacts you directly. Contact us within a few weeks at cba@cbacares.com so we can schedule a time with you, we hope to hear from you very soon and look forward to hearing more... Sincerely, J. Simmons President

Sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Obviously you didnt feel good about it and we're sorry you had that specific experience... We're always open to listening to how we can improve. Between weekly pulse surveys sent via email to every employees on a weekly basis, with options to submit direct feedback and anonymous feedback and access to the company's private facebook network page... we work to communicate frequent updates there, on the multiple weekly survey options and would appreciate insight for how we could do better. The company's leadership, supervisors, clinicians and all other staff are members of a private network page, we can be contacted 24/7 individually there as well. If you'd be amenable we'd appreciate time to discuss how we can improve, get details on how we could communicate in a way that may be better.. Thank you for your response, feel free to conact us anytime and we'll schedule a review to help us improve in the future. Very Sincerely, Jason
