Pros

Casual atmosphere. good snacks. employee celebrations

Cons

Inverse pyramid structure. Continuously appointing new higher management people and laying off lower level ones. Ridiculous benefits. Quality of resources is very low. If you're ready to work with C-grade developers and qa, and like your talent going unsung, you're a good fit for this company

Pros

Wonderful coworkers who work hard and know how to have fun when they can.

Cons

Leadership and lies. Worked there for more than five years and I watched a wonderful company dying by the inches. Unlimited PTO doesn’t work when there are not nearly enough people on the dev team to handle the work. Was straight lied to over the course of many months about a new position, then after I had to finally get some real answers about what was happening, was back handedly informed they decided they needed someone with more experience and had long since hired someone else for that team. New leadership has no idea how to properly manage the software, development cycles were a consistent joke and a scramble. I had to get out of there. Old white men run the company and made the big bucks while devs scrambled and a good chunk of work was given to an off shore team that often made things harder in the long run. Oh, did you know they basically force employees to leave good reviews for the yearly ‘look into the company’ aka: what your pay raise will be based on?

Pros

There are no pros other than receiving a pay check and health insurance.

Cons

Do not work here under any circumstances. The company is run by a “leadership” team that is condescending towards women, gossips about employees, withholds bonuses with no reason, rewards family members, and creates an environment where only their favorite good old boys will be promoted and rewarded.
