Great Atmosphere

Pros

CSO Crisis has a great atmosphere. I love my coworkers and genuinely like the work that we do. As a clinician, you never know what type of cases or phone calls you might encounter on any given shift but it is never dull and you almost never see the same thing twice. I have gained so much experience with various mental health diagnoses, more than I ever experienced in my OP internship. I get to work with everything from depression, anxiety, SI, to bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychosis. My colleagues are all very supportive and provide an environment that I love entering every day.

Cons

The biggest con is low pay - I have a master's degree and base pay for full time is 36k.
