CSO values employee input and satisfaction and is happy to hear this employee of three years’ service has had a good experience on the team. Regarding salary, CSO salaries are on par with other nonprofit community behavioral health agencies, as measured by annual trade association salary scales. Furthermore, CSO invests heavily in generous benefits, staff training and morale activities, flexible schedules and more.

As a nonprofit community behavioral health agency providing care to low-income individuals and families throughout Western and Central Mass., our staff is our No. 1 asset. We’re always pleased to hear from staff in any capacity, and we’re grateful to have such talented providers on our team.

Clinical and Support Options is a trauma-informed nonprofit behavioral health agency providing care to low-income individuals and families throughout Western and Central Mass. As such, our staff is at the heart of all we’re able to do — without them, we would not be able to effect positive change in the community. Of CSO’s some 750+ employees, nearly 600 have been directly trained in the ARC Framework, which is recognized by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) as a promising practice that provides a comprehensive framework for intervention with youth exposed to complex trauma. Without dedicated staff who value mental health, recovery, and support throughout the community, this achievement would not have been possible.
