Gratis, Company has a great reputation for some of it's products, pay was decent, if you love customer service, and make overs this is the perfect job.

Cons

Co workers constantly gossiping about other employees, Drama at the work place, very stressful trying to reach your sales goal when you work with vultures willing to cheat, and steal just to obtain their own goal, no sense of team work, lack of leadership, very phony upper management who will tell you anything to pacify you. Most of the employees know nothing about actual skincare only what they have been brainwashed to believe. If the counter clique does not like you they will make your life miserable. This includes if you are the manager.

Pros

Clinique will teach you all of the basic parts of cosmetics, customer service, customer profiling, cleanliness standards, waves of fast paced times and slower times. Great solid company and the product is great for skin of most ages.

Cons

Very standard, not always very cutting edge, fairly conservative, or you could say even anal at times about little details. But for the customer who is sensitive skin or personality, they will fee safe and find consistency.
