Discounts insurance starts after only 90 days. Comany hires from within for promotins.sick pay 401k xmas gifts given to employees every year from Tiffanys.

Clinique provides you with customer satisfaction skills you can take with you anywhere. They are truly a company that cares about their customers and employees. You are provided ample training, and learn in-depth about the company. They are completely transparent, so you'll never have to wonder what kind of company you are working for. You feel a sense of pride when you put on that white coat.

Cons

retail hours are always crazy.

Pros

If you have worked for them in the past, and had a great trainer, & counter manager, to learn from you will do great. There is no limit as to to how much money you can make, and have a great Client Base.

Cons

Have to wear your hair back, BUTT !!! Can have tattoos all over your arms, legs, neck, etc. Can not wear open toed shoes. Counter Manager does not encourage other consultants to participate in new contests, keeps the items that are sent in for her self.
