lots of work so you learn a lot quickly, lean teams so you get to own a lot of project management work, interesting programs, great brand! very much so a 'sink or swim' environment - so be ready to work HARD -- get resume builder b/c its such a huge brand and you really do learn a lot b/c you have to!

Cons

low salary, minimal salary increases and bonuses/year; you have to be really really aggressive if you want to get promoted. management expects a lot from its employees however the incentives are really not there $-wise and promotion wise.

Pros

Excellent Training, Great Pay, All the free product you can use, Consultants build first name basis relationships with customers and in my case as well as others, those last long after you leave the counter.

Cons

Very competitive sales atmosphere, Not only do you have Clinique's goals, you have store goals which include credit card apps, in my store atleast, the counter manager made the schedules and her shifts were usually put in the prime selling hours.

discount and product, nothing really other than that to offer.

Cons

No management at my counter; very petty, associates would stab each other in the backs and steal sales, favoritism ran rampant.
