Pros

Full-time and decent hourly wage. Good to gain experience.

Cons

No gratis even though you're supposed to get gratis. No training besides videos and 4 phone calls. Little support, you have to teach yourself. Great to get experience but I hope I work for a better brand down the line that values their employees.

Pros

Management is very organized and everything is well communicated within the company. They have a great training program for employees. You also get gratis 4 times a year. You can earn commision on everything you sell.

Cons

The pay was barely above minimum wage but you could make a decent amount of commission during gift. Too much stress for too little pay compared to other cosmetic counters/companies. Our goal was double most counters and I felt like they set the entire team up for failure considering business was going down.

Great product to sell with an awesome pricepoint. Good wages.

Cons

Retail, so you know what will happen. Favoritism, long nights and a mandatory inventory for the department store you work for which is insane. From like 10 pm-5 a.m. for 2 days.
