The codebase is very heavy, is very difficult to get it running and once you do your computer gets really slow. There are suppose to have pretty high standards but most seems like is a suggestion. I.e there were 8 tests only for the front end app, and supposedly each PR should include testing. The code has a lot of inconsistencies the company was more worry about growing than creating something of quality. I was told some of the higher ups says something similar to we dont need to make any change to the product and we will still be making money. I found people constantly needing to take breaks from work and most of the time seems you're fighting just to get the code running than actually working.
