      Pros

      They pay automatically when the shift is over. So if you are low on liquid funds; you take a shift and it is deposited when you clock out. I’ve had a few issues here and there with time sheets, but was always able to get a hold of someone right away to tell me how to rectify the problem and get paid immediately

      Cons

      Significantly lower pay than other agencies. I’ve seen the same facilities on other agency apps that will pay 10-15/ hour more; which is significant. Again, this depends on your need. If I have bills due or I’m short on cash.,.I know I can pick a shift and leave with my payment. Where with other agencies/apps I may wait at least 2 weeks for the increased payment. Need based,

      Pros

      Genuinely feel like this company values their employees work and insight. We are all constantly learning and growing and there is space for that. There is no toxic anxiety when there is an error, only an opportunity to learn more.

      Cons

      Some departments can feel a little cliquish at first, but once you get to know people the guards come down. This is with any environment tho. We're all here for the same goal.
