      Pros

      - The company is growing really fast, and so are all the people in this company - The leadership team is exceptional. They have designed a high performance organization, with a strong culture and are always keeping the customers close. - The people I’m working with are amazing. Even though I’m quite experienced myself, I keep unlearning and learning again about my job every day. - The company is _trully_ distributed. There’s never been offices, everyone is remote, and the async culture is the default. - There’s also a great culture of feedback in the company. I’ve grown so much with the feedback that I received! And you will be encourage to share frequent written feedback to your peers and managers as well.

      - The expectations are high, and this isn’t for everyone. - You communications skills need to be above the median. This is a distributed company, and working across timezones has pros (flexibility) and cons (you need to be a great communicator)

      Cons

      - Attendance policy is always changing without notice, but somehow the attendance team expects you to know when the policy changes and expects you to adhere to it. -Attendance team doesn’t try to fix things when it’s their mistake, they always claim it’s the policy without acknowledging not informing people properly or informing people days and weeks after policy has taken effect. - Too many workers not enough shifts

      After one month working there: * de-risked start up with product fit to market * amazing place to grow and learn, people is very serious about their job and you it is shenanigan-free * It is hyper-growing, so there are massive opportunities to make impact

      The pace of growth and standards are high, it is a place to work hard.
