      Pros

      There's a ton of opportunity to progress through the company. Age and experience are not limiting factors. The work is incredibly interesting. You're given opportunities to identify things that you like to work on, and if you have the curiosity and initiative you can end up leading very important projects just because you wanted to. The culture is the overall best aspect of Clipboard Health. Hard, high quality work is rewarded. If you do not meet the expectations you'll be told directly. Management buys in and is very responsive to critiques, provided that the critiques are in line with company values and will make a positive impact on the customer.

      Cons

      If you are not willing to work hard it can be difficult to adjust. Excuses aren't really tolerated - a lot is expected from employees and if you do not perform to the standard you will not last a long time.

      I don't have any cons of working at Clipboard Health. This has been the best job I've ever had, and I see myself staying long-term.
