Pros
This company appears to have a strong culture as advertised. Everyone here is happy and it shows in meetings and in day-to-day interactions. Departments are forthcoming and open with information (including performance metrics). There is no finger-pointing (that I have seen) and it truly feels like we're rowing in the same direction. We all want to grow this company together and to be successful and I'm here for it!
Cons
We are young. Our processes are manual and they are not as efficient as they could be. The great news is that everyone here is open to your ideas on process improvement and all of your other ideas in general (documentation, training, etc.). You have a voice and you are expected to use it to improve the company. A word of caution - this is not the place for you if you don't want to contribute every day (this is not a con, this is advice). The benefits could be better and I hope they improve as we grow.
