      Pros

      - Management truly cares for your input. If you approach problems with a solution, changes can truly occur overnight. - Growth. Hypergrowth. Flexibility is needed to stay ahead of the hyper-growth rate that CBH is in right now. - Culture is like no other. Very inclusive and new management is very invested in your growth. - Remote work is amazing.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but hyper growth. Again, CBH is growing so fast that needs are constantly changing and can change in a matter of hours. You should be able to adapt quickly and have an open mind if you want to work here.

      This is the first start-up I have worked for and it has expanded my skills beyond what can be achieved in the corporate world. Very thankful to be challenged in wearing multiple hats and recieve consistent feedback. My skills in hiring, thinking from first principles, and working backward documents have gotten stronger throughout my time here. Our culture is strong and the leaders are always encouraging success. I am the type of person who strives in a fast-paced environment, and if you do too - this is the company to work for!
