Freedom to do as you please if you are a “favorite”

Cons

Another company who’s “leadership team” fancy/stupid phrase for managers treat there employees with little respect, intimidation tactics and poor working conditions. Proper ppe is not provided you have to pick through trashed customer products for gloves so you can sort through god only know is what’s in those drums. Very hazardous conditions throughout. Please do yourself a favor and do not work here.

We have opened an investigation regarding some of the statements made in your review. After talking with our plant managers and driver manager, we have concluded that proper PPE is provided for all staff and is not done so by going through customer trash products. All safety equipment is provided to our staff depending on their role or workstation in each facility. As for the hazardous conditions, we conduct weekly safety meetings covering a variety of topics to ensure safe working conditions, so we would appreciate it if you could elaborate more on this by emailing hr@closedlooprecycling.us so we can look further into your statement. Pros

Solid place to start your career and get your teeth cut. You'll learn how to get really good on the phones if you can make it. Tradeshow presence for lead generation.

Cons

Constantly shifting goals, KPIs, and commission structure. A revolving door of coworkers, meaning you'll be spending a fair majority of time servicing your own accounts not having enough time to hit the commission they tell you you can. 50+ nights on the road a year. Less than favorable per diem. You get in an accident/ticket, kiss your commission goodbye.
