Meh... You can find something better

Pros

Solid place to start your career and get your teeth cut. You'll learn how to get really good on the phones if you can make it. Tradeshow presence for lead generation.

Cons

Constantly shifting goals, KPIs, and commission structure. A revolving door of coworkers, meaning you'll be spending a fair majority of time servicing your own accounts not having enough time to hit the commission they tell you you can. 50+ nights on the road a year. Less than favorable per diem. You get in an accident/ticket, kiss your commission goodbye.

-The people and culture are top notch - It is a growing company, so you are a important piece of that growth - A green company that has a focus on protecting the environment, so you know you are making a difference everyday when you come to work - Work in an industry where you learn something new everyday and continuously improve

Cons

- The PTO and benefits could be improved - Small growing company, be prepared to wear multiple hats

Great Leadership, Great Team!

Pros

- They live by their core values and a "whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done. - Growth opportunities within the company at any level and they believe in promoting from within - Employee referral bonus program - Great management team

Cons

- Communication is good but can always be improved. There have been steps taken to work on this topic and have started to make a difference
