I wish there was a way to streamline paperwork.

Closet Factory Response

We wish the same and keep trying to reduce the volume of paperwork needed. For instance, the design software can also price the project. It takes time to come up with new methods.

Flexibility, Leads given, lots of education, family owned company, 100% commission , you are in control of how much you work and how much you make.

Cons

Compensation is good, but benefits could be better
