Hi, I know Bryan and Teresa well. I am absolutely positive they step up and take responsibility for their entire operation. They also participate in the community and give back. They hold all their employees and customers in the highest regard so I am wondering if there is a typo or words missing in your CONS. I do firmly believe they offer, you as an employee, an open door to discuss your concern that an employee was "blamed" for something. If you feel somehow that you were held accountable when the situation was out of your control or any concern you have I know they will talk it out with you so the air can be cleared.

It's a sales job /100% commission

Pros

You can make our own hours

Cons

Not so much a con but more an accurate description: Any custom closet design job is a sales job first. All customers have unrealistic expectations of what a custom closet or project costs. You must qualify them before spending hours on the design.

You are right that it's a sales position that also includes design and organization skills. We do train for all three and it does take time to learn them. Part of the training is to discuss with the client their budget. We also prefer that the designer supply clients with a quote sheet that has 3 price levels. I actually think it's a PRO instead of a CON. We do encourage speaking realistically to clients about price so Designers do not over-design or spend a ton of time with someone that is not prepared to spend the price. Thanks for your feedback.
