Antiquated systems (contracts should be on an app so it is easy for the client and the designer), a lot of paper/binders and manual inputs, bonuses went away, always asking for more even if you're a high performer. High performance is inconsistently recognized at sales meetings, The OGs don't fraternize with the newbies because they don't last in the company. The amount of hours spent does not justify the return. Better as a second job. Fickle clients. So many other closet companies in the region. This is a sales position. You will need to know sales (or open to learning) and design. No benefit package for the sales team.
