Owner is a racist micro manager. Expects you to stay out all day waiting on materials that take time to be manufactured & shipped out to you via uber.

Closet Factory Response

I am surprised you feel this way. The company offers a diverse workplace. This is the type of business that errors can happen. Everything is custom-manufactured to the design. If an error occurs most offices require the installer to drive back to the factory and pick up replacement parts. It sounds pretty nice and accomodating that the owner sends them out to you via Uber.

Thanks, it can be a lot of driving. Usually, the Designer has a territory they work so driving to appointments and stopping by installs can be easily coordinated. Commissions are high and most designers do not take more than two appointments a day so there are many favorable aspects of the position.
