Pros

After working at other companies that say they "listen to their employees," only to ignore feedback the moment it's given, it's great to work at a place that truly values the input of their resources. I have worked for Cloud Coach for several years and watched as senior leadership solicited and acted repeatedly on input from employees--this company truly cares about making the best product and the best team culture. That team mentality is foremost in everyone's mind--the culture here is amazing! Everyone pulls together when things are tough and celebrates our wins communally. I have made life-long friendships while working at Cloud Coach, and truly think of everyone here as family.

Cons

The learning curve for new employees can be tough. Cloud Coach has a complex product and you have to learn the Salesforce platform on top of that--it's not for the faint of heart. The onboarding of employees has improved drastically since I started, and you can tell the company is focusing on trying to make this as painless as possible, but those first three weeks can definitely be a challenge. That said, once the first month is over everything starts to click.

Pros

Cloud Coach listen to their employees and makes changes for the better. For example, we had a much smaller office that worked when we were smaller, but we moved into a larger office that everyone loves! The people are amazing and welcoming to new team members. The mood is relaxed but professional. They give chances to people who show promise even without Salesforce experience. I've had quite a few jobs in my life, and Cloud Coach has been the best experience I have had. It's challenging, but rewarding. They understand work life balance more than any other company I know of.

Cons

It is difficult at first. There is a significant learning curve, but the team is super knowledgeable and helpful. They want you to succeed, so they will help you learn everything you need to know to get the job done.

Pros

Cloud Coach is a growing company with solutions that serve large enterprises across the world. To support this growth they empower their staff and give them room to pave their own path. As a self-starter, Cloud Coach has been a great place to learn, gain experience, and work with other like-minded individuals.

Cons

Cloud Coach serves a very broad spectrum of use cases across many different industries and requires strong technical skills (understanding SAAS. software configuration, tech industry, etc). For this reason, onboarding can take some time. It's also a startup so it's driven off people that aren't habited to the 9-5 corporate culture. To me, this is not a con and for other's who are looking for a place where they can make a noticeable impact on the trajectory of the business, it shouldn't be either.
