Untrained Managers: People management is very poor. Managers focus only on technical or project-related aspects and lack the necessary training to manage teams effectively. Employee well-being, growth, and support are ignored. Partiality and lack of recognition: There is clear favoritism within teams. Hardworking and consistent employees are not recognized, while others receive undue attention. This leads to low morale and a toxic environment.
