Pros

You will get a chance to work on multiple clouds and there's no time limit

Cons

Ready to work more than office hours and weekends Coming to the office late and going earlier is not acceptable There's no contact to outside world once you come to the office until it's emergency/very important

Pros

I like the fact that Cloud Odyssey is in the same Salesforce tower in Londo. This give me great opportunity to work very closely with Salesforce teams. It's also easy to meet and discuss on products and new capabilities that help me build for our customers. On the leadership front, everyone is open to fresh thinking and new strategies that drive both company and personal growth. The delivery practices are solid and well-structured, while still allowing room for agility and speed of execution. I particularly enjoy the opportunity to take new ideas from concept to reality quickly and with strong cross-functional support.

Cons

Currently we get five certification vouchers per year, it will be good if this can be increased or have no limit so that we can decide.
