Collaborative and supportive culture makes the employees to make their output as much as they can. Strong growth and learning opportunities are best with mid level companies like Cloud Odyssey. Transparent leadership - easy for every employees to interact with each one even with management level Flexibility in work mode - Understanding employees concern and situations and getting the flexibility is really a good part.

Cons

Growing pains with processes & facilities - As a fast-growing startup, internal processes can feel ad-hoc. There are also bit compromise about basic issues like food courts, and office location inconveniences.

Pros

I worked on multi cloud projects from the day I joined Cloud Odyssey also had an opportunities to work various verticals and industries. Tech team is really supportive towards learning new things.

Cons

Office lighting is too flashy for me not sure about others. Had AC issues for first few weeks but not any more. Have more options for Lunch for little far to walk.
