As you have noted, we continue to assess our Cloudbeds offerings and strive to provide our employees with benefits to help their lives, such as the new 401k match program. We've recently rolled out a home office program and will continue to assess what we can do to provide employees with hardware equipment. As far as being remote, you bring up a good point. There are many programs and avenues in place to get to know your colleagues. If you have additional suggestions, please share those, we'd love to hear them! Our leadership and management teams are fully supportive and encourage employees to get together and get to know each other whenever possible!
Your idea of an annual travel allowance is a great suggestion and will be shared with our Benefits team. If you have other ideas, keep them coming or feel free to reach out and share the with our People and Places team.
