Pros

Cloudbeds is by far the best company I've ever worked for. They have created a culture that is second to none and makes employees excited to come to work each day. Cloudbeds is a fun place to work with great people from all over the world. Even though most of us work 100% remote we do not feel isolated to our home offices as we are super collaborative and like a family. The leadership team is also amazing and truly values each and every employee in the organization. The remote first culture and flexible scheduling provides great work-life balance which is hard to find these days. The company is also growing rapidly, so there is a lot of opportunity for growth. I feel honored to be a part of the amazing Cloudbeds team! I would highly recommend Cloudbeds to anyone looking for a new opportunity. This company will not disappoint.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons to share. Overall, wonderful company!

Toxic Sales Culture

Pros

Cloudbeds offers a strong product and the flexibility of remote work.

Cons

The internal sales culture is deeply flawed. From day one I felt a pervasive sense of favoritism that impacted promotions, opportunities, and daily dynamics—success often feels tied more to internal politics than performance. Sales, in particular, is set up to fail with no real product training, unrealistic quotas, and little meaningful support. Morale and performance suffer across the majority of the team as accountability is wildly misdirected and recognition is uncommon and uneven. While there are talented, well-intentioned people across the organization, the toxic dynamics within the sales team, starting at the highest level, ultimately undermine their efforts and make it difficult to succeed or grow.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Cloudbeds, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every team member can thrive. While we’re glad to hear you appreciated our product and the flexibility of remote work, we take concerns about team culture, training, and support very seriously. Over the past year, we’ve invested significantly in sales enablement, enhanced our onboarding processes, and worked to better align performance expectations with clear, achievable goals. That said, we understand how cultural challenges can impact overall performance. Your feedback reinforces the importance of this ongoing work, and we truly appreciate your candor. We are also reviewing and strengthening our leadership development strategies, with a focus on accountability, transparent communication, and team empowerment. Building a culture where all team members feel recognized, supported, and set up for success remains one of our top priorities. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and thank you again for being part of the Cloudbeds journey.
