-The people make it!!!! Everyone I've come across is positive/ willing to help you. -Good product -Management is nice and doesn't micro manage, wants you to succeed, cares about your well being ( that can be hard to find) -No drama and haven't noticed anything toxic

Cons

-Lots of changes happening with in the company but that is with many start ups! If you can't handle or adapt to change don't work at a start up then --I've read some negative reviews on here but some of those statements aren't accurate, only a few SDR's have left the company due to personal reasons and it has nothing to do with the organization as a whole or the team

Remote (if you like remote work). Work - life balance. Diverse company. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Remote life might not be the best option for everyone. You have to buy/use a personal computer. They don't give you a stipend or any equipment for doing your job. They don't even give their SDR's headsets to use. No 401K match.

We know our home office and benefits needs some love and we are actively working on it! Stay tuned. Update: Good news! We now provide our employees company laptops and a monthly stipend to help cover internet expenses. Thank you for your feedback!
