Taking me forever to think of a single pro so probably none?

Cons

Terrible terribly run company. They don’t pay well, their raises are measly and middle management is just a bunch of project managers running around. Few ancient toxic voices that have been hanging around forever make systems that only they can contribute to so therefore their reliance is unavoidable. These same legacy folks also subject newbies to nonsense wild goose chases and management is just completely powerless to stop any of this because they don’t know anything

Very smart people, open to collaborate and help where they can. The product is amazing and the culture is very much based on curiosity and empathy - good spot to work at.

Cons

They design the sales org in a way to play people out against each other and it backfires. There are projects on ongoing to improve the sales culture so let's see if it improves
