Cloudflare has really great parts about the job.

Cons

The job title is based on the cost of labor, not the cost of living. Can be a downside depending on where you live.

Pros

- Great Team - Everyone encourages each other to grow and is supportive - Incredible training program and access to free Udemy courses - Leadership that is transparent and cares. - Everyone believes in the mission statement

Cons

- There is a lot of material to learn and understand. You will end up spending an additional 1-2 hours every night taking Udemy courses, working with study groups, doing trainings, or conferencing with peers to make sure your knowledge is kept up to date.

Pros

Engineering driven company (read great place for engineers to work). Accessible and genuine founders. Good benefits. The SF (head) office is a safe space - no BS, no exceptions.

Cons

A bit of a koolaid factory. They work their employees hard (it's like working for a FAANG). The APAC (Asia/Pacific) offices are some of the most toxic work environments I've seen full of junior employees who drowning and too afraid to ask for a life preserver.
